Your GP Surgery is part of a Primary Care Network (PCN). The PCN allows additional roles to help you in different areas, also known as Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).
The ARRS staff along with many other roles work together with the social prescribers. Social prescribers can help you in more ways than one. They are there to assist or signpost you to the correct people and supporting you until you get any additional care you may need.
What can they help with?

- Housing
- Finicial difficulty
- Carers help

Although the majority of referrals to social prescribers are done by clinicians, they can be referred to by anyone. Speak to your Reception team for further information
