Most referrals to other specialists will require you seeing or speaking with a GP. However, there are a number of local services, listed below, that you are able to make self referrals to.

We are part of Citizens Advice's national Adviceline. This service is staffed by friendly and professional staff, and provides an initial assessment of your problem and will agree the best way of resolving it. If we can deal with it there and then, we will.

Stem 4 – Supporting Teenage Mental Health
stem4 is a charity that promotes positive mental health in teenagers and those who support them including their families and carers, education professionals, as well as school nurses and GPs through the provision of mental health education, resilience strategies and early intervention.This is primarily provided digitally through our innovative education programme, pioneering mental health apps, clinically-informed website and mental health conferences that contribute to helping young people.
