The 2017 National Survey was given to over 100,000 people from within the LGBT+ community to assess how they felt their services have been approached.
Almost all of these people had experienced at some point a form of discrimination or felt that their needs had not been met.
In July 2018 the Government took action to put the LGBT+ action plan into place. The aim is to implement and meet the needs of every individual regardless of their gender and sexual orientation.
The links below give you further information on the action plan put into place and also useful resources that can help to support your or someone know with any concerns.
