We are pleased to announce that we have moved to a new Cloud-based telephone system. Â It will offer features which will help improve the patient experience, including:
- No engaged telephone lines – your call will be in a queue and you will be informed what position you are in
- If the lines are extremely busy you will be offered a patient call back feature – it will hold your place in the queue and it will automatically ring when it’s your turn – no more holding on the line, saving time and money
