We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.
Patient Participation Groups (PPG) can be very useful in helping to improve communication between patients and their GP practice. It can allow patients to directly feedback to the practice staff how they feel about the service they are receiving. It presents an opportunity for patients to help improve services at their practice or highlight issues which they feel may need more attention.
In the past we have tried various methods to hold a PPG. During the pandemic we have seen the growth of remote technology so we wish to initiate a “Virtual PPG”. We aim to use a Web-based application, such as Microsoft Teams, alongside face-to-face meetings, to hold our PPG.
If you are interested in joining please read and complete the leaflet below.
Please note that the PPG cannot become involved in matters of a specifically medical or clinical nature.
